In my teens, I faced significant hair loss and explored every available remedy, from herbal treatments to medical solutions like minoxidil and hair transplants. Unfortunately, none proved effective. Seeking an alternative, I underwent scalp micropigmentation by a local artist who, due to inexperience and improper materials, left me with large, greenish ‘blowouts’ on my scalp. This required 12 sessions of laser removal before getting it done correctly.

Driven by my experiences I felt I could help a lot of people. I trained with one of the first SMP companies to offer training and furthered my education in traditional tattooing and permanent makeup. This comprehensive training equipped me to offer effective SMP services. The transformation was profound – not only did it restore my confidence, but it also allowed me to help others facing similar challenges. My journey from a client to a skilled SMP artist is grounded in empathy and precision, ensuring each client receives personalized and impactful results. I believe no one should let hair loss dictate their confidence or quality of life.

With over a decade in scalp micropigmentation (SMP) and 14 years in the hair loss field, I’ve developed a deep understanding of client needs, including working with high-profile individuals. My experience is further enriched by collaborations with various hair transplant doctors, enhancing my own style approach to hair restoration. Certified by the Illinois Board of Higher Education, I’m not just passionate about performing SMP but also about teaching it to aspiring artists and providing a detailed understanding of this art form.

My approach is personal and client-focused. I specialize in crafting hairlines that are tailored to each individual’s unique features and style, blending art with the precision of SMP to create a natural hair appearance. Having gone through many of the same hairloss patterns others have, I can offer knowledgeable perspectives both as an expert and as a client. My goal is to empower clients, helping them regain confidence in their appearance with supportive, expert guidance every step of the way.
